2007 Rockpile Malbec
The latest release of my Rockpile Malbec is a blend of 80% Malbec and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Only 200 cases produced.
2006 Rockpile Malbec
This Bordeaux blend is comprised of 88% Malbec and 12% Cabernet Franc. I am fortunate enough to source the Malbec and Cabernet Franc from the unique climate of the very small Rockpile AVA.
2007 Rockpile Petite Sirah 91 points
My Petite Sirah is sourced from the Rockpile AVA in northern Sonoma County. Overlooking Lake Sonoma, this vineyard sits well above the fogline giving the Petite Sirah maximum sun exposure. The slightly cooler temperatures than the nearby Dry Creek Valley allow for longer hang time and fruit development.
